From the Workouts page, tap the + button on the upper right corner
Select an activity type from a list of many dozens
Structure your workout to your liking. Choose between open, distance or timed steps. Group steps together and repeat them to create an interval block. The choice is yours!
Swipe left from a workout and tap the calendar icon
Select the date (and optionally the time) when you want to do this workout
Approve WatchFit access to schedule workouts to your Apple Watch
On the day of your workout, open the native Workout on your Apple Watch. Your scheduled workout will show at the top
Tap it and start sweating!
